Doctor S. P. Koppikar, the ex-chief editor of the ‘Homeopathic Heritage’
journal, wrote a letter to Dr. M. L. Sehgal.
In his letter he wrote that he admired the new way of interpreting
mental symptoms about which he had first heard from Dr. H. L. Chitkara and then
at a seminar in Delhi. To know deeply about it and to publish about the method
in Homeopathic Heritage he needed some clarification. Dr. M. L. Sehgal gave
answer about ROH series 2. Dr. M. L. Sehgal give his answer by describing three
rubrics.
1. MIND - WELL - says he is well - sick; when very

3. MIND - BED - remain in
bed; desire to.
These
rubrics indicated Hyoscyamus Nig. common to all the above rubric which was
administered in 30lh Potency.
